Only active military can do mail in voting.
Otherwise, ID and signature required. Voting done in person on one day. No exceptions other than military.
I even like the idea of using indelible ink to mark voters who have voted.
This is harsh but I think the only way to stop voter fraud is to make it a capital offense with a express lane to the chair, needle or firing squad.
Answer, sent the guilty person or persons to Federal Prison. That sends the message nationwide to ALL election officials!
You charge and put them ALL in jail for a very long time. Make an example of every single one who were involved. Have them provide restitution to those who were trying to tell the truth like Guliani. Make them penniless!

Of course the answer to this type of crime and many others involves a sentence that is quick and final - a five minute smoke break followed by a trap door opening.
Unfortunately there are too many Americans that do not have the grit to vote for such punishment.
Stretching necks would be a good start but we not a serious country anymore
