Disheveled, disorganized, yet knew how to meticulously dissect victims?

They have said that he did not ‘meticulously’ dissect victims as in he was a surgeon.

“However, re-examination of a mortuary sketch from one of his victims has revealed several key aspects that strongly suggest he had no professional surgical training. Instead, the technique used was more consistent with that of a slaughterhouse worker. There were many small-scale slaughterhouses in East London in the 1880s...”

I used the disorganized term as in the criminologist use of the word. “...a disorganized offender is a type of serial killer classified by unorganized and spontaneous acts of violence”.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disorganized_offender

I only picked that link as a reference to my use of it, never having read that link before but being aware of the definition of the term in that use.

Laughably as I read down, at the bottom of the page it says:

“Well-known examples
Some examples of well-known disorganized offenders are Jack the Ripper (mentioned above), Richard Chase, and Herbert Mullin.[6] All of these individuals have been studied, and the patterns arising from their actions and their backgrounds highlight that they are disorganized offenders”.
