Disheveled, disorganized, yet knew how to meticulously dissect victims?
They have said that he did not ‘meticulously’ dissect victims as in he was a surgeon.

I used the disorganized term as in the criminologist use of the word. “...a disorganized offender is a type of serial killer classified by unorganized and spontaneous acts of violence”.

I only picked that link as a reference to my use of it, never having read that link before but being aware of the definition of the term in that use.
Laughably as I read down, at the bottom of the page it says:
