Kosminski lived within walking distance of all the murdered girls. Was schizophrenic. Bounced around different relatives houses as they took care of him because he was crazy and dangerous. Worked as a barber previous to his getting out of sorts. Threatened his sister with a knife. Was finally institutionalized and all the paperwork on him was lost in WWII when Hitler bombed London. The police believed him to be JTR, hence the ‘Prime Suspect’ title to House’s book.
