Thursday on the “Politicon” podcast, Democratic strategist James Carville said Charlie Kirk “was not a pimple” on filmmaker Rob Reiner’s ass.

While discussing Reiner’s legacy, Carville said, “Charlie Kirk, there was this thing, some kindergarten teachers forwarded some things he said about women. I would urge anybody to look at that. And they fired, you know, fired him. Okay, I’m sorry, I don’t want anybody to get shot. He had young kids.

I hate that, but Charlie Kirk was not a pimple on Rob Reiner’s *ss when it comes to influence, and it comes to impact when it comes to anything else. I don’t want to say anything bad but for God sakes don’t compare Charlie Kirk to Rob Reiner. That’s not fair.”

I keep hearing about Carville’s marine corp service and the media bragging on it. Well, here’s the sum total of it:

James Carville served two years in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Corporal, with his service at Camp Pendleton reportedly including kitchen duty, an experience that fostered discipline he credits for his later career success, using his military “credit” during Bill Clinton’s 1992 campaign. He was never in combat, never served anywhere else, and never reached any grade that he could influence or train other marines to achieve. He was a low level grunt that has used military to achieve his high level fame. He’s a sham and a piece of trash that insults people’s intelligence.

If we’re talking about movies, Charlie wasn’t a movie producer so it’s a silly comparison. Reiner’s movies weren’t political. His only political influence was backing an anti Trump effort. Kirk was far more effective.

Charlie Kirk would have been President of these United States and died a martyr; Rob Reiner got patricide because he was weak, immature, and devious, and passed every single one of those traits to his son.

People will forget who Reiner was after his kid is sentenced, if barely 20% know who he was to begin with.
