Teslas are toys. Impressive ones, and expensive. But still toys, for the wealthy. Always have been.
My daughter has a Tesla.
Rich by no means.
She gets free charging at her employers.
Also bought it with no fee life time charging at Tesla charging stations.
She keeps monthly updated spreed sheets
She has a home charger and tries to never use it.
It is cost effective for her.
A friend of mine has vision problems and she just got a self driving Tesla. She doesn’t like it but it can get her where she wants to go.
Then I live near A LOT of “wealthy” people since I see Teslas everywhere, everyday.
