No! I live on the Gulf coast along the PH and it is outrageous here as it is in any place in Florida.

I assume waterfront property is expensive almost anywhere. The panhandle is thin, but don't housing prices go down as you get farther away from the coast proper? It sure works that way in the Northeast.
