I think the quote you isolated is the evidence that they omitted a whole lot of context. My guess is that she pointed out all the pluses and minuses of various individuals, but emphasized how they got everyone on the page and pulling together on policy?

The media took the negatives but left all the rest out. Accurate quoting but painting a very distorted picture.

The media will now try to make more out of it than it is. Let's see if our side takes that bait.
