First off, if the guy had a taint-hole installed that is a daily, manual manipulation and dilation wuth basically a small dildo to keep the pit open for business, however

Second of all, taint-holes are notorious for being painfully infected and do not heal well, so

Third of all, working in a close, damp, filthy, fetid, sweaty coal mine is a ridiculous choice of occupation for a man with a chopped off johnson and an oozing taint hole.

It is a totally stupid premise for anything more than 15 minutes of screen time.
