One brave citizen took out one of the murders bare handedly and took his rifle away from him but then leaned it up against the tree like it was a problem?
Edication brain wash job taking hold.
Meanwhile Aussie LE whom I assume are armed cower down behind automobiles or behind a tree two sizes too small.
Needed:
Armed citizens behind every blade of grass.
Probably a smart thing to do when you consider that the police are coming and will be looking to shoot somebody holding a gun.
That is one of the most dangerous things when you are intervening in a situation like this.
During a robbery of a store the owner was able to get the gun away from the perp robbing him and as he was pointing it at the robber the owner was shot and killed by a “good guy” with a gun thinking that he was the bad guy because he was the one with gun pointing it at an unarmed person behind the counter.
This case in Australia where the guy who took away the gun could easily have been killed thinking he was a terrorist especially in the act of pointing it at the perp.
The politicians will demand more gun control. Aussies need to wake up! Gun Control only keeps the guns out of the hands of the good guys when they are needed the most.

It appeared Ahmad (the shopkeeper - hero) either didn’t know how to operate the gun or it was out of ammo. Then it appeared to me, from the way he sort of looked over, and from his demeanor, he was afraid HE would be ID’d as an attacker. He may (may!) have even taken “friendly fire” - it is very unclear who shot him twice.
The younger terrorist was known to authorities to be connected to other terrorists, but they apparently didn’t keep an eye on him. THAT is the problem, but, the weasel gov’t will do anything to blame firearms instead of the real failure: Themselves.
