Did it say Chechens spent 20 years building underground military facilities and putting hospitals on top? NO!
They RESPONDED to the bombing by going underground.
Second: Russia invaded Chechnya. Chechnya did not invade Russia, kill thousands of civilians, take hostages, etc.
Israel was attacked by Gaza. Russia was not attacked by Chechnya.
