Let me guess, she probably has an opinion of who to vote for. Lots of considered arguments.

The Canonchet apartments are a low income/disabled apartment complex.
It is because of the CondoleezzaProtege types amongst us.
Those Godbouts sure do get about.
She still looks pissed off. She was mad and mowed down objects. She didn’t count on the victim, but she was taking her anger out on the road in rage. Look at her face closely.

The law could be such that they could confiscate her vehicle, license and electronic communication devices, bar her from using or possessing a cell phone so drug deals would be tough to make, allow probation department dogs to sniff through her apartment and confiscate her drugs from time to time.
The first thought I had was that she was probably on her phone doing drug deals and got distracted and lost control of the car to have veered off so sharply.
Easy enough. Rhode Island is a highly corrupt state run by a combination of the Democrat Party, unions, and the Mafia.
She likely has connections in one or more of that trio.
An inside family connection is the only reason i can think of for her to get away with all those arrests. It’s not as if she were poor and driving an old beat up used car.
I just saw a report from Tacoma. It was some gal that had been arrested 3 times for DUI, inthe span of 1 week. She was huffing whipping cream cans.
