Could he win as a D and then flip in office to R?

PDJT was careful not to oblige Cuellar.

If other members of Cuellar’s party are ill at ease with its headlong plunge into lunacy and communism, they may eventually react favorably to the kindness PDJT has shown here, even as Cuellar seemingly dawdles.

It seems as if Cuellar remains a very prominent individual in his party. Time will hopefully work some healing on his badly abused donkey party soul. If not, his daughters and maybe even his wife will probably eventually leave the donkey party plantation and confess their appreciation and admiration for the already legendary PDJT.

It’s been done before. What are his chances under the new map? (Whether D or R?)

I think Blago deserved a pardon. The indictment didn’t list even one law he had broken.
