Ok. Well that is what my statement refers to. There is no fair court Trump could speak in without getting thrown in jail

I would never want him to treat the people as if they’re fair.
That would be naive.

You presume Trumpmis guilty of what, exactly?

You are so wrong in this day and age.   The Fifth nowadays is to keep the spin doctors from having more to spin.

Especially when so called "crimes" are made out of whole cloth such as taking 32 misdemeanors that were not even commented by the defendant, into felonies by ignoring statutes of limitation.
