Why is DEI even debated? In accordance with the civil rights act in the 60s discrimination by race, sex and religion is not legal. By definition of that civil rights act (a good act) DEI is illegal. DEI is nothing but discrimination. It is illegal.
A straight white male is discriminated against, persecuted, based on all three simultaneously. Skin color, sex, and so-called “sexual orientation”.
