Why I live in Clackamas County to the South of Multnomah County (Portland).

That’s pretty hard to understand. I don’t use racial slurs but that does seem pretty harsh for what might be at worst a misdemeanor. Smells to me like there was some prejudice on the part of that judge or jury.

Obviously not. As a white male in America today we are at the bottom of the civil rights totem pole. Other cultures can be as impulsive as they like up to and including violence. We, on the other hand, get second-guessed by the media, prosecutors and juries.
