I don’t get it with this Soviet-style do or die loyalty to Boeing - must be a generational thing. (If this happened on a US plane, I bet the godless gaslighting would still stand. And several close calls and safety issues have indeed been an issue with American fleets of late as well.)
Even the most ardent and patriotic enthusiasts can acknowledge the corporation has gotten totally corrupt and dismal in recent decades, not to mention fully embedded within the stench-filled bowels of the Deep State.
The MCAS software used to operate the MAX was made to offset an inherently flawed (and rushed) design. The planes were then sent (also rushed) out to airlines globally without the software being properly fleshed out either in manuals or by simulation.
“ Boeing chose to alter an existing airframe rather than develop a new model, leading to complex aerodynamic adjustments that required the addition of MCAS in the first place.”

Having to do with this system? No there haven't been. There is more to flying than getting on the plane @ the airport. Maintenance/ATC/PILOT issues, but you wouldn't understand these things because you: a. Hate Boeing (must be a generational thing) I loved my Boeing aircraft which I FLEW. b. you are too emotional c. Your lack of god You should try the One and Only God (with a capital G)
You do make valid points and you can argue those but the fact is that MCAS airplanes have been flying around the world with normal pilots with no problems. Hmmm?
