Student’s failing Bible-based essay on gender won’t affect final grade, trans instructor placed on leave after backlash
This incident is not strictly a university concern because referenced professor technically probably broke (imo) the following 14th Amendment-based, anti-lawfare federal law intended to discourage state and federal government actors from violating constitutionally enumerated personal protections.

I haven't found any numbers concerning people who have been convicted of violating this law, so professor probably needn't be concerned.
