They lie you know. It is cream and it may be iced, but the grade may be just inside the legal limits of the FDA. There are seven different types of cream recognized each one containing a certain amount of fat:
Half-and-half, Light Cream, Whipping Cream, Heavy Cream (or Heavy Whipping Cream), Manufacturer’s Cream, Double Cream or Clotted Cream. Well, we get ice cream roughly once or twice a year. And it tastes good. So we’re golden.
Honestly, we usually make our own. But we kinda cheat. It’s electrically turned.
