Mmmmmm.....sorbet.

1-Ingredient Pineapple Sorbet.
Must be made with frozen pineapple from a can----will not work with fresh pineapple. Cut into small pieces; separate so they don't stick together when freezing. The pineapple is very hard and frozen, so a processor turns it into a soft -serve frozen treat. A blender will not work. Needs to be eaten immediately b/c it will start to melt; will not keep well in freezer.
Note: freezer your bowls prior to making this; sorbet stays nice and cold in the bowls.
Vary: Good with mango or other frozen fruits. Add 6-8 small mint leaves for Pineapple Mint sorbet.
