I find it rather interesting that ol JDR built the bulk of refineries in the US to process heavy crude oil and not the light sweet oil that is prevalent in CONUS. Things that make you go hmmmmm. Additionally, his business practices were brutal to say the least as some of his workers met grisly fates when standing up to him. A real piece of work.
