The U.S. Marine Corps was added to the Posse Comitatus Act in 2021 as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022. This amendment expanded the act’s restrictions to include the Marine Corps along with the Navy and Space Force.

The Coast Guard is still exempt...which is mostly meaningless.

Coast guard.....

So, suppose the Coast Guard was short about 10,000 personnel and “borrowed” them from, say, the Marines...

Just thinking out loud...

The Corps was under Posse Comitatus in the 90s, had to comply myself.

Is the passage of that Act sound given the circumstances of that administration’s assumption of power and the subsequent flagrant utilization of the “autopen”?
