This isn't simple buffoonery, political "dirty tricks" or incompetence. It is wanton criminal behavior resulting in the theft of over a billion taxpayer dollars. It is completely deserving of legal prosecution and long jail time.
I remember when two legislative members were murdered there was a charge that a person was allegedly asked by Tim Walz to kill a senator in order to make that position available. What became of that charge? The Mafia would blush for not being as overwhelming as Minnesota leadership.
Federal funds seem to have been involved in some of this thievery and corruption. The FBI could be looking into this mess? ? ? ?
