I had a root extraction a couple of months ago after a capped tooth broke off at the gum line. Tylenol and ibuprofen weren’t relieving the pain much and it got so bad at one point that night that my eye hurt. I swabbed 30% DMSO on the gum and put a couple of drops in the extraction hole and the pain was gone in about 15 minutes. The inflammation was significantly reduced as well. I applied it 3-4 times a day and was able to cut back on the OTC pain relievers. I don’t suppose you have any DMSO handy? The only downside is that the relief only lasts about 4 hours.
I don’t have any DMSO but so far the exedrine is helping a lot.
