And has also declared a military zone in sea around Ukrainian ports.
This means that insurance rates for commercial shipping will skyrocket or ship owners will avoid Ukrainian ports.
Ukraine will not be able to import heavy equipment to fight the war
And will not be able to export grains.
This shuts down the Ukraine economy and the ability of Ukraine to continue the war without any invasion.
If memory serves, Europe can supply (and trade with?) Ukraine through Poland . . . or Hungary.
