My nickname in our neighborhood was “Dictionary.” I don’t know what I did to earn it.
My dad read to us a lot. Mostly Childcraft books and Dr. Seuss. The Chuldcraft books had wonderful stories, nursery rhymes, tales of valor, poetry, nature stories, and overviews of cultures. All arranged from volume 1 for youngest readers to volumes for older readers. I still have them and I treasure them.
For anyone who’s been following the Cinnabon situation (from Gab):
New video emerges proving that Cinnabon Crystal was actually the victim, and the Somali couple repeatedly came in to harass her, even going as far as changing their outfits to slip back into the store after being told to leave for harassing employees, seeking to create a situation they could use to file a lawsuit.
I hope she sues them and Cinnabon for firing her, and retires a multi-millionaire.
