Amazing how a federal judge rules that the Trump administration has “no legal standing to continue holding [Abrego Garcia],” and yet the J6ers were held as political prisoners for 3-4 years with no court appearances, no healthcare, no dental care, and continuous isolation, starvation, abuse, and torture.
I sure hope the Q script is to let these rogue judges have enough rope to hang themselves when the military tribunals come - whenever that may be. In support of that idea I note that PDJT has been scrupulous to carefully obey these judges bogus rulings, expediting appeals where the issues seemed to warrant that.
No one that I know of has made the point, but these judges have all but completely usurped executive authority. SCOTUS under CJ John Roberts is not bringing discipline to bear. We are in a Constitutional crisis but no one is choosing to make a major issue of the situation.
A federal judge rules that Prez Trump cannot fire executive department employees; Trump goes along - with an appeal. When Bill Clintooon became POTUS he fired every one of the U.S. Attorneys in the country - no problem. This is the status of the president at this point.
Donald Trump only has three years remaining as POTUS... less than two years before he starts to become a lame duck. If he doesn't turn this disaster around soon, he will risk becoming an unpleasant memory - believe it or not. History can be brutal.
The Deep State has been very successful holding on to its power - as they were in his first term. The Senate is only tenuously Republican - and not very pro-Trump; the House mostly the same. I think Mike Johnson is the most ineffective Speaker I have ever seen. The 'Rats love him!
Surprisingly Trump has little record of going after his enemies. The original coup cabal from his first term skated free and showed their appreciation with at least two assassination attempts - plus a raid on Mar-a-Lago with a 'shoot to kill' order. Prior to Trump, no coup d'etat in history was ever allowed to walk away free. Even Hildebeest, who he threatened with jail, walked away unscathed and understandably doubled her efforts to destroy him.
I know Trump is not an idiot or a coward... still, I really can't understand him much. Presumably he has a plan to overcome this massive conspiracy to at least destroy his presidency, if not to bury him without honors. 🤷
