It has no fixed or definitive meaning—that's part of its appeal. It's largely nonsensical “brainrot” slang, used as:A random interjection or response to anything (e.g., “How are you?” → “67”).

Sometimes loosely interpreted as “so-so,” “maybe,” or “meh,” often paired with a hand gesture mimicking weighing scales (palms up, alternating up and down).

A way to signal you're “in” on the joke, annoy adults/teachers, or hype up a moment.
