Explain, please what is good about sunburn.

You've bought in to the big UV lie. This is just another cog in the big machine to make you sick. Sunglasses, your car windows, your house windows, etc all block UV light. Again, it's the UV that makes life possible. You cannot make vitamin D without UV. Cover up if you are prone to sunburn. Never ever wear sunscreen (unless you make it yourself). You can avoid sunburn 2 other ways. 1. Don't wear sunglasses. B. Ground yourself to the earth.

Not Wearing UV Blocking Sunglasses: Avoiding the use of sunglasses allows the full spectrum of sunlight to enter the eyes, which stimulates the pineal and pituitary glands via neurochemical pathways. These glands control the endocrine system and the production of hormones, which are essential for maintaining the body's physiological equilibrium. Research indicates that light entering the eyes regulates the body's internal clock and stimulates the production of serotonin and melatonin, hormones that regulate mood and sleep. Some sources suggest that depriving the eyes of the over 1,500 wavelengths of light found in sunshine can cause the eyes to become malnourished and weaken the body's defenses. Therefore, allowing sunlight to enter the eyes is considered vital for overall health and the proper functioning of the body's regulatory systems.

Grounding to the Earth: Sunburn is an inflammatory response caused by excessive exposure to ultraviolet radiation, which generates free radicals and causes oxidative damage to skin cells. Grounding, or connecting the body directly to the Earth, allows the absorption of free electrons that neutralize these free radicals. By neutralizing free radicals, grounding acts as a potent antioxidant that quenches inflammation and reduces oxidative stress, which are the underlying mechanisms of burn damage. Grounding has been shown to reduce the severity of the inflammatory response, improve blood flow, and speed up tissue repair, all of which assist the body in handling the effects of radiation and injury. Conversely, wearing synthetic-soled shoes insulates the body from the Earth’s electric field, preventing this transfer of electrons and potentially allowing free radicals and inflammation to accumulate.

Okay thanks thats all good info but I still have to be careful with Sun exposure. Also I am the Lawnman, my helpmeet as helpful as she be cant do the outdoor yard chores. Also #2 I had a bout with melanoma 10yrs back.

Sunburn just aint fun I do get some everyday its not cloudy.

Funny my Mom never burned, she put that pure Cocoa butter on her skin and browned every summer when she was young. I had to limit my time in the pool to 20 mins or Id be peeling in a few days. lol..
