“When are they going to start charging folks that kill people driving while DUI with murder?”
I’ve read some states do after multiple DUIs and a warning that should they kill someone while DUI they will be charged with murder.
In a way, people who drive while intoxicated are committing attempted murder even when they don’t have a wreck.
