I wasn't talking about getting rid of dietary fat. I was talking about getting rid of physical fat already on the body, like Lizzo had and got rid of.

Getting rid of fat reduces blood pressure 9 pts for every 20 pounds, helps your joints and back, and so much more than I mentioned in my post.

Lizzo isn't complaining about not seeing people eating fat.
