About 1.2 million people are living with HIV in the United States, and it’s estimated that about 13% of them don’t know they are positive. What’s more, nearly 40% of new HIV cases are transmitted by people who don’t they are HIV positive.
they don’t care, we don’t care..............................
HIV is a decidedly “gay”-centric disease. So the stats on 1.2 million people living with HIV is pretty much defined by homosexual men, or those who cavort with them.
They try to spin the “Undetectable = Untransmittable” nonsense, which doesn’t work when 13% of those infected don’t know they are infectious. And prospective sex partners have no real idea how much veracity there is to someone’s ‘undetectable’ claim, or if they even know they’re ‘undetectable.’ You’re only as ‘undetectable’ as your last blood test, and that could have been months ago.
The fact is that thousands of people a year STILL contract HIV unwittingingly and (mostly) involuntarily, bug chasers excluded.
