Openly siding with America’s enemies is a bit more than mere misconduct, but maybe they’ll send him a sternly worded letter.

Wake me up when and if something actually happens to him as a result of this. Seems like the Dems are bulletproof.

My dad, who served in WW2 and Korea (Navy surgeon) used to say that an officer is an officer for life in the eyes of the military. That’s why he was called back in Korea.

There are many of you here that can educate me if that is true. And if it is, Kelly may be insubordinate to his commission??

How about General Milley when he secretly called China to assure them the U.S. wasn’t going to attack.

Just once l would love to see a Republican play hardball as this would be. It will never happen but it should. An example needs to be made here. The rats love to use traitors who can hide behind their ex military records. Make them pay a price just once.

Please read the statement. Even the headline

It is out of politics now

The US Code of Military Justice has taken over

Nothing will happen. This administration is dead in the water. Congress is worthless.

This will have nothing to do with Congress or the administration. It’s in the hands of military justice now.

Milley did far worse 5 years ago.

Still ZERO arrests.

“...urging service members to refuse unlawful orders...”

They didn’t say unlawful, they said illegal. There is no such thing in the military world about illegal, just unlawful.

It is accepted if an order was in violation of the UCMJ or the Constitution and laws, that it is the responsibility of the member to refuse the order and get clarification due to it’s direct unlawfulness. But an order that is lawfully given has to be followed until proven wrong. And that decision is not within the scope of the person receiving the order on their own.

If someone intentionally set out to deliberatly violate the military code, they would release precisely what the Idiot 6 released.

Jason "ArmyRangerArmyRangerArmyRanger" Crow's entire campaign revolved around... Guess what:

He was an Army Ranger!

He even wore his boots when he was out campaigning.

He resigned his commission, didn't retire, maybe that's the difference. But that jackass needs something to happen to him.

I guess that Kelly and the other democrats would have put the crews that bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki in prison for intentionally bombing civilians.

This is good. In the past, a Republican Administration would just cry about what they did. I suspect that The Department of WAR might handle things a little differently.
