Then it is dumped into the deep frying fat for a short period to cook the crust, pulled out while the crust is warm and interior frozen. It is served immediately for the treat to have the warm/frozen contrast.
Wow that is very bizarre, crazy I thought of it. Maybe I saw it once and it was buried deep in my subconcious, but it’s like saying deep fried snow cones LOL
