OK now I know I’m in an alternate reality. How does the ice cream not immediately melt??


The ice cream is frozen hard. Then it is dipped in sweet crust material.

Then it is dumped into the deep frying fat for a short period to cook the crust, pulled out while the crust is warm and interior frozen. It is served immediately for the treat to have the warm/frozen contrast.

Wow that is very bizarre, crazy I thought of it. Maybe I saw it once and it was buried deep in my subconcious, but it’s like saying deep fried snow cones LOL
