Starlink was great. i used it for few months. However they are not very tolerant of torrent downloads. My grandson came over and downloaded some movies via torrent and even though he used a vpn they still detected it. I was basically banned from using Starlink ever again. They won’t even allow the equipment I have to be resold to anyone else. I have no problem with all this but I think Starlink and Musk are in a hard spot. I’ll be they have Hollywood coming in hot and heavy against them when this happens and this is probably the safest way to avoid really expensive lawsuits and fines.

I’d be thinking, how does starlink see thru vpn? Is there a backdoor in your local starlink code. In router part?
