There's 120 or so names on my Fools-Ball-Ping-List, and less than 40 that are actively playing. However, a bunch of people only do picks in the playoffs or skip periods of time so I'm reluctant to remove them from the list.

It was actually an accident that BigToad landed a green colored number one. But after I noticed I figured maybe he'd send me some cookies or something in appreciation, so I left it there.

I thought my picks this week were bold and outlandish but it turns out I'm firmly in the middle of the pack. Very fortunate to even be above the fold.

So onward we go, like the Lions, the Bears, and the Cowboys, as with Moehoward's eye pokes; wheatey doo, wheatey doo, wheatey doo.

I’m starting to think 11 wins might not be enough to make the playoffs in the NFC. Looks like the West will get 2 of the WC teams, which would leave only one WC from the North, between the Bears, Lions and Packers.

And considering the Lions lost to the lowly Vikings, this is a must-win for the Lions, they can pretty much kiss the playoffs goodbye if they don’t win.
