During their time in office W and Cheney were revered here on FR for the most part. I’d still have wanted them over Gore and Kerry. Unfortunately for them since the advent of Trump the tables have been overturned. If they had just kept their mouths shut about Trump but of course nooooooo! So here we are with Trump gladly not attending. At least this farewell won’t be as long as the one for McCain.
I hope his caregivers bring an extra suit. This time make sure it matches the suit he's wearing.

We have moved to a celebration of life instead of funerals. IMHO we ought to have a celebration of death. The idea is heaven (if the deceased goes there) is actually home and better than here.
