I know that impeaching or replacing this clown is likely next to impossible. That said, Speaker Johnson should apply whatever sort of punishment can be given. This is sedition and should be treated harshly. Removal from committees, fines, and certainly a strong censure should be given.

Members of Congress cannot be impeached, they can only be expelled by two-thirds of their own chamber.
