Then there should have been some kind of official pronouncement and a press conference to address questions to dampen suspicions and conspiracy theories. Just close it out with some kind of final report that presents the evidence in a way that ties everything together. But they’ve never made an attempt to do that, in spite of the death of the shooter. If there are other “considerations” still hanging over the matter they should be stated and justified.

I hear you. In Defense of the Trump administration, they have been fighting alligators and snakes while attempting to drain the swamp.... ,to use an old analogy.

The Butler investigation was mostly done under the Biden administration.

I would like to see more about the attempted assassin, as well.

Probably not as high on the priority list.
