I use Duck Duck Go for my browser. It has ad and pop-up blockers. I don’t see any ads, but on my browser address line, I get indications of numerous things being blocked. For American Thinker I am showing “We blocked Google, The Trade Desk, Microsoft, Magnite and 12 others”. And Duck Duck Go is free.
I use brave. While i don’t get a report (perhaps it is a feature i can toggle) the site looks fairly clean to me.
