1986- i was 22YO, training for the Olympic Decathlon and i was 5.6% BF at 188lbs
2022- i was 59YO, training to stay skinny and i saw a really cute chick over by the body fat machine in the gym....i went over to rap with her as much anything else and she helped me through the process of how the dopey machine worked. I was 12.2% BF at 210lbs (which impressed both of us!!)
You should up your fat percent by 0.8 percent.
60+ year old males need 13% to 21% body fat for longevity.
Females 23% to 35%
Until they change the tests or climate change is considered.
