Their docking mechanism is very similar to ours (and claimed by them to be compatible), but compatibility hasn't been tested, so it has to be assumed to be incompatible.

Oddly, the Russians, who helped in the development of our "International Docking Standard" docking tech, don't actually use it. They use their own system, which -- again oddly -- is closer to what we used on the Apollo program than it is to the "international standard" docking mechanism we use now.
