Fascists (and Nazis, for that matter) did not nationalize businesses. They made them work for the government. Socialists, on the other hand, did (I lived in one, so I know). Thus, true Socialism, rather.
The Nazi plan was to eventually nationalize major industries. They were National Socialists.
