I can’t boycott NYC anymore than I did before the election.
I wish I had something planned...
So I could CANCEL it!
I haven’t been to NYC since the 70’s, but have gotten stuck at LaGuardia on more than one occasion.
UGH.
I can’t boycott NYC because I won’t ever have any desire to go there.
I can only boycott it by ensuring that none of my flights ever use their airports.
Avoid it like the plague!
I dont even watch watch TV broadcasted from NY. Been Fox free since 11/4/20
We will all watch, in real time, as New York City becomes our own version of East Berlin under Soviet tyranny.
My wife and I have been to the Westminster Kennel Club show multiple times. Several times at Madison Square Garden where she showed her dogs.
The last time we went was because they held it at the Lyndhurst mansion in Terrytown, NY during covid. When our daughter showed one of her Dobermans the first time there.
When they moved the show to Queens we did not go.
Now they moved it back to the Javits Center and MSG.
I have ZERO desire to go back to the actual city. Probably will never go again.
It will never be like it was when Rudy or even Bloomberg(stop and frisk) were mayors. It was safe for a big city. We even felt after 9/11 it was OUR Patriotic Duty to go to NYC and support the city/the fallen.
Now, HARD PASS. F UM
New socialist mayor causes NYC to have it’s name changed from the Big Apple to the Sour Apple.
Going to be a lot of buildings going for cheap as the masses move out.
New York City will quickly assume the drab squalor of East Germany with long lines for food at government run groceries, but with more murder and mayhem in the streets that will make the city a combat zone.
This is the way it should be done... But it is 20 years too late to start doing it now... If we had done this 20 years ago with States Like Ca, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and other Blues States we would not be in the mess we are now.
but everyone has that “one” personal priority that is more important than standing on principle and enduring even one personal sacrifice.
Now it is too late to stop it. We already dropped the Ball and blew the game.
I haven’t been to NY City since 2006.
