According to ICE, the man who was shot, identified as 24-year-old Carlos Jimenez, wasn't their original target. They said they tried to conduct a traffic stop of the driver of a gray sedan when the driver of a Lexus SUV tried to intervene.

ICE said Jimenez drove up, turned around, threw his car in reverse and tried to run them over. That's when an ICE agent opened fire, shooting out of the passenger window.

This member of Congress did not say whether it is ever OK for somebody to hit federal agents with his car...Maybe the reporter should have asked the question...Yes, I know...This Congresswoman probably would have refused to answer the question...

This idiot driver should have minded his own business...ICE agents were not there to arrest him...Now this guy might end up in federal prison...

According to the article, this idiot driver is out on bail with an ankle monitor...He has to show up to the federal court in a few weeks...I really doubt that this guy will show up to interfere with ICE agents while wearing an ankle monitor...
