If Sliva had pulled out, Cuomo would have won. Plus, if all illegals or non-citizens who voted were taken out, no contest. NYC allows non-citizens to vote.

that's a tough call.

With early mail-in ballots, even if Sliwa pulled out, his early\mail-in votes would be counted to him.
There is 7% of the vote left to count and Mamdani is ahead by 181,056.

There we 4 others in the race who together totaled 12448. Cuomo totaled 854,995
Sliwa totaled 146,137. Assuming they all would vote for Cuomo had their guy pulled out (which probably wouldn't happen), Cuomo would still be 22,471 behind.

Taking out illegals is a different story....assuming you can find 'em.
And non-citizens voting just ain't right - how many of them ? who knows.
