I was just getting ready to do it myself. The key here is to get the money back any way possible. Involve the govt. of Somalia,sue their asses off and take any assets they have or never allow them to deal with the U.S. again.

Losing money gets their attention. We need to concentrate on that. You can jail all the criminals you want from Somalia. "Three" will replace every "One" you jail.
