The millennials I know refuse to listen to anything “crazy” RFK Jr says, even when the FDA backs him up. They are determined to ignore everything from this administration.

My doctor wasn’t familiar with the FDA’s announcement from the day before, but she makes sure she’s up to date on my pharmacy address and current vaccinations and insurance at every visit.

I didn’t read what the FDA said about hormone replacement therapy, I assume there are grave downsides. Any woman approaching menopause or later should take Shatavari daily. It works absolute wonders. Or younger women if they have any difficulties with cycles. Shatavari is cheap and doesn’t even taste bad!
