The Flag is hung okay, according to The National Flag Foundation - "When hanging the Flag against a wall, vertically or horizontally, the Flag’s union (stars) should be at the top, to the Flag’s own right and the observer’s left."

I assumed it would have been suspended thusly:
If seen from above a casked with a fallen warrior. That would put the stars over the heart of the hero. But, as I said, I am no longer bothered by the image. It's just gotta be right.
