Breaking: DCA is now under a federal NOTAM blocking all private and non-scheduled flights through Dec. 31 — unless they’re based at the airport or get special FAA approval.
Airline flights aren’t affected.
10 other airports have this new order.
Boston and Vegas already had a similar order in place.
