This is a very low level crime and unfortunately she’ll likely only get a hand slap with no jail time, or have it expunged completely from her record if she stays “clean” for 6 months or more. (known as ‘deferred adjudication.’)
She’ll wear the arrest as a badge of “honor.”
I’d be ok with that if she also had to spend 100 hours cleaning graffiti.
